CMBS Loans – Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities are backed by pools of commercial properties that are “securitized.” Borrowers benefit from low interest rates, non-recourse debt, fixed terms up to ten years with 30-year amortizations, and the ability to cash out. Financing ranges from $1,000,000 to $50,000,000.
Our team is able to go beyond the limitations of traditional lending sources by offering up to 80% LTV, non recourse with amortization schedules up to 30 years providing a great vehicle for refinance cash out while improving cash flow. This compares very favorably to conventional lenders offering CMBS programs with ceilings of 65% LTV and schedules of 25 years with full personal guarantees.
